I am looking for a easy way to find right offsets on windows and i want to know why some functions didn't work even if i patch them in IDA PRO

There are no easy ways. il2cppdumper is as easy as it gets.

Live Offset Patcher also helps.

Actually, You could il2cppdumper the game you want and use my tutorial on DNSpy to find the correct offsets it's pretty easy to know which offsets are correct and not
