Cydia Impactor deletes all Cydia files. This includes: Cydia Tweaks, Cydia Sources, Cydia Apps, Cydia Cache. Also if you have created files in iFile or Filza you can move them to your computer to securely backup.

@DanYal I did what u did and it deleted everything including my wanted files !

Not everything , it'll remove the cydia and after that you can reset your iDevice and jailbreak your device again

This deleted everything on my phone !!
