Help/Support Subway surfers can't stop opening boxes

Hello there and good morning
I'm an Asian and i'm pretty bad at english but i really need help at this

i have been having an issue lately in my Ipad 7th gen unjailbroken device and it’s about the game subway surfers hack, when i die or try to click quit it will
makes me open alot of mystery boxes and it almost like infinity boxes, i've tried to reinstall the subway surfers hack but it won't fix this, can someone pls help me ?

More like the hacks issue and since you are unjailbroken nothing can be done except the author upgrading the hack.
