Something is wrong with your device and jailbreak  

Check if you have turn on any hide jailbreak or has any tweak that blocking Tweak Injection

Wouldn’t make sense because tweaks work on other games and even on the previous version of this one it worked as well. I updated the game and tried your .deb and nothing happens.
