If having trouble getting passed obtaining team id go into Advanced options and turn anisette authentication to remote and it should get you to login and everything should go smoothly from there.

I try and its said unable to signup with apple ID try again later

The same thing is happening to me at the same spot when i try to install iPoGo on my iPhone. No one on YouTube to Redit is able to help. Does anyone know why this is happening?

A fix will be coming for this in the next Sideloadly update. For now, you can use the "Remote anisette" option under Sideloadly's advanced options as that may help.
