Help/Support Can’t create .deb file due to issue with Theos

Alright, so basically I’m trying to create a .deb file hack for a game by myself to get familiar with the way it works. I’m trying to use this tutorial 

 but when I attempt to type in /var/theos/bin/nic.pl I get an error that says “Killed: 9”. I’ve tried uninstalling theos but it doesn’t do anything.

I have an iphone x, version 14.7.1 and jailbroken with checkra1n if that helps.

This sounds like your theos or dependencies are not properly installed.

Could you reinstall your theos following our tutorial?

I tried the first method but instead of creating /var/theos/bin/nic.pl is just creates a file named iPhoneOS14.5.sdk

 

the second method doesn’t work for me because it says it can’t find “.profile directory”. So I tried the theos auto installer and then ran into the problem Listed above

I think I figured it out, for some reason when using Theos auto installer, there’s two option. “/theos” location and “/var/theos”. i just used the /theos instead of /var/theos and it worked.
