So I tried doing a run of FH 1 via Dungeon ID, it didn't give me any rewards. I was doing it with my guest account, but I think it was because I only got a D ranking..

Diana is better than Lily.  Feeva has lost her pre-eminence in the bb gen tier.  Medina is so-so.  Bestie is still up there, but I think less so as a filler, and almost all the units not dps-based are relegated to filler status.  It's the meta that's been created- extremely high damage output from all new units, with their overlap toolkits means unless it's a global-exclusive mechanic (Tridon shield, taunts), then one-trick ponies aren't even close to as high valued as they used to be.  Not that every unit was like that- some like Grandt were never good to begin with which is why it was more of a novelty to raise them up.  And by "some like" I really mean "only just".

Had to go through two reps to get my refund one time. I was scared cause I was bought $100 worth and the rep was totally denying me a refund

One time I forgot to turn off my iAPCracker, and the payment didn't go through but I lost money. I immediately sent a ticket to Apple, and they gave my money back in less than 24 hours after the incident happened.
