You may need iOSGods App+ for that. Otherwise, just ignore it?

You need to inject it yourself with Sideloadly. See the example on the first post.

Hey,

the ipa @Rook have decrypted for me gives me an error that a signed ressource has been added modified or deleted without any tweak. Do you know any trick to fix it.  Thanks in advance
