why after a week the certificate gone and i cannot open the APP.

Can u explain the waiting time for free users, I understand there is queue but are free users bumped down/off the queue in place of vip members. 

as example I started a decrypt yesterday and free user waiting time said 1day, periodically checked in and time was going down, it got to 32mins then 7hrs then 23hrs and then back to 1day 11hrs, today I had to start the decrypt again

The ETAs are of course estimates, but generally they are correct.

If it said 1 day when you decrypted then that’s likely how long you should wait.

I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong here, I’m trying to get super Citycon app. Every time I try it goes to queuing but other apps show download link
