Hey bro I know your work is tough and I totally understand you. I am sorry  , what I mean is i installed 3 app, lucid, fabulous and ticktick, all of them just sh!t down immediately when I open the apps, I am so new to this, so I would so much appreciate your help

 You mentioned it crashes on launch?

 Can you obtain crash logs?

To obtain crash logs, head over to Settings -> Privacy -> Analytics & Improvements -> Analytics Data. Once  there, you need to find the crash log pertaining to the app in question which will usually go by the format AppName-Date-Time.ips. Save the file and upload it via DropBox or copy and paste its content.
