It is for free users but there is a queue time for decryptions for both free & ViP users and of course ViP users get IPAs faster.

Its impossible for free users, i understand the queu time and i dont mind wainting 10 days, but the fact that is floating makes it impossible, i ve been trying for 15 days to download gp story 2

I dont mind waiting 'cause i'm using your services in a free way. But it seems to be impossible to decrypt, i have waited and the time keeps increasing, from 7 days to 11 days now

Once you've initiated the decryption, then your place in queue is reserved. So if you initiated at 7 days, then 7 days is when it should hopefully decrypt, not at 11 days.
