Hi, I can see this tool works perfectly fine for IOS IPA's. 

Any future support for tvOS IPA's

 

I would then like to use sideloadly to tweak the file with a tvOS compatible deb. (I would it expect to be able to use tvOS compiled Substrate/Substitute)

I don't think so as tvOS and iOS/iPadOS have different arch when compiling as far as I know.
Compiled iOS tweak will not work for tvOS.

 

Edit: appletvos-arm64 is the arch.
