The issue, that i know (not just me As you can see from the comments from other users) it's not available for download. even if there are 2 quota left
In my case, yesterday I was able to Decrypt 1 time and left 1 quota .
but when you press "Decrypt" again I received an answer that the quota was exhausted ("Your download quota is seemingly exceeded! This is mandatory to save server resources. Please retry tomorrow or upgrade to ViP. Sorry, downloading new apps is temporarily disabled for non-ViP users for technical reasons.") that I have 1 quota left.
and today there are 2 quota left but can't decrypt, shows that the quota is exhausted as above
