Cydia is completely blank on my iPhone.  I can few the "Featured" page fine, and I can also see my sources.  However when I click on a source, "All packages" shows no number and when clicked on, no tweaks are listed.  I also can't see my installed tweaks or search for anything.

I've pressed both the Reload and Recheck buttons, as well as re-installed Cydia, none successful.  I would try restoring but I can't because 8.4.1 is not jailbreakable, and is the only ipsw currently signed by Apple.

Other notes:  Whenever opening Cydia, I do see "The package com.iosgods.setuptheos needs to be reinstalled, but I can't find an archive for it."  Possibly related to issue?

iPhone 6, iOS 8.4

Ah, I see what's the issue.

Yes, that package is the cause of this issue and to fix this, you will need to:

Go to /var/lib/dpkg/info

And delete the "com.iosgods.setuptheos*" files.

Close and re-open Cydia to check afterwards.

The same error meaning this?

"The package com.iosgods.setuptheos needs to be reinstalled, but I can't find an archive for it."

Do you have SSH access to your iDevice?

Yes and yes

Before we try anything else, try reinstalling the SetupTheos.deb again from the original topic. I believe you have iFile or Filza installed?
