I’m using non-jailbrake games with sideloadly and after one week of playing on them the error “The app is no longer available” pops out and I gotta delete the game. My question is if this is normal and if not is there any way to solve this?

Free apple account can only use 7 days. After 7 days you don't need to delete the app just sideload again with the same apple id so your progress still remain
