Help/Support trying to make a mod menu

ok first im ios 14.3 and using ted mod menu template i change the makefile thing into ios 14.3 and downloaded the sdk only thing is once i finish making the project i dont know what to do next i see the folder for project in /var/root so what command do i next to actually turn it into a mod menu???

You need to start a new theos project by typing in Terminal:

$THEOS/bin/nic.pl

(im using theos auto installer and putty on pc) when i tried said no such file or directory

when i first tried i did /theos/bin/nic.pl

wait i did it on my iphone and it worked i made the project what do i do now?

Now you need to go into your project folder:

cd /var/root/projectname

Then type in 

make package

update i figured that out but now ive found a problem so earlier i said i change the sdk to 14.3 in the make file from ted mod template as i  thats what thought i had to do so im guessing thats what causing this problem since when i do the make package i get errors saying some c++ files are missing. i skipped step 2 in the instructions from the ted mod menu template since in the 14.3 sdk i didnt see a c++ folder to add the second file to it.
