see if you got key raider malware/virus trojan on your device. go into ifile app (get it from cydia if you havent gotten it); then open the app (click to main direction (the top left till it </) then go to library>mobilesubstrate>dynamiclibraries>

 

and see if you have any of these files or strings:

 

wushidou

gotoip4

bamu

getHanzi

 

and delete them.

 

if all fails don't restore the device on itunes since you'll then be left without a jailbroken phone as apple no longer signs the 8.4 so you wouldn't be able to downgrade. "So" here's what you got to do "IF" and only "if" you want to restore you device like brand new when it was first turned on "On" your current ios version firmware, head over to cydia and install "Impactor" read the information and make sure you have whatever you want backed up on itunes. As that application which was made by saurik himself will bring your device by to normal state (unjailbroken) but the contents and everything will be deleted. hope this helps.. again only use this method if you're unable to get your device going back to whatever you're trying to do.

you have flex flipswitch installed from cydia, however do you have cccontrol installed? what was the last thing you installed (assuming it was a tweak) from cydia? 

 

note: that it is also possible that your digitizer may be going bad and may need a replacement depending on how sensitive it may be; however, if it was an installed tweak that may have caused the problem then it's most likely not this case.

Safe Mode - as the name says itself, disables all tweaks and addons. There's a possibility something related to Jailbreak is causing this or it could be a hardware issue.

you have flex flipswitch installed from cydia, however do you have cccontrol installed? what was the last thing you installed (assuming it was a tweak) from cydia?

safe mode is just for uninstalling tweaks from cydia /undoing what went wrong. most of the time users use safemode when their device seems to be "semi-bricked" or their device is blacked out and unable to loadup" there are few ways to getting the safemode to load into safemode, you can hold the home button and volume down + power button for 10 secs (similar to the DFU mode). but anyways looks like youve gotten into safe mode, after youre done uninstalling a tweak that you want then just click the status bar (the very top or hit the time on the very top and it'll ask you to reboot / respring if thats not the case i believe you can just hold the power button and shut down then power it back up. OR.. pull up the control center and on the very button slide the icons to the right and you'll see a hidden icon which is respring

it actually could, as there may be hidden stuff installed on your device. depending on where youve gotten the sources stuff on cydia isnt very safe nowadays as theres too many adware/malware/trojans being implanted from unsafe / unknown sources. such as the key raider that recently occured.

if you want to be safe, just do what i wrote down on the very first reply from your thread. go to cydia and install "Impactor" it'll be listed as modify tap on that and hit install. it'll bring your device to like a brand new device and keep your current ios (youre on 8.4) so it'll unjailbreak and delete everything and start new again. don't worry it wont update or downgrade your ios firmware so you're free to jailbreak again. hopefully you dont have too much or if anything at all important on your device, otherwise backup first then do it

 

ps: again this is if you can't get the thing you're fix. if it's all good then just ignore what i wrote lol

Same thing happens to me, some water was on the screen and I was scrolling through Instagram and it liked a ton of photos without any touch movement
