Incorrect Invoice Number on App+ Transfers

Hello . I got the iOS vip and trying to transfer udid to a new phone. But the invoice number entry keep saying the invoice number is incorrect.  I already try many way but the invoice number part will not pass . Help me

Hello,

Send me a PM with your old and new UDID so I can manually transfer for you.

To know your correct invoice number, you can find it in the activation or revoke fix emails.
