I removed it but it's not still connecting

Then you will Need to remove the tweaks one by one or if you have a lot you don't need it

take screenshot for the important for you

And remove (substrate safemode) this will

Remove every tweak (I think you know)

It is now solved but when I removed it and I clicked activator my IPad 4 screen turned into white and now I cannot use it
