Requested features: Being able to run the app on an older ipad model (iPad 3). The app only allows iPad 4/Air 1/Air 2. It can be downloaded on an iPad 3 but when opened the game will not play. If someone could make a jailbroken hack or something to let the game play on an iPad 3 (it is fully downloaded it just forces the user to quit when opened) that would be AMAZING.

You have to meet the minimum requirements of the app. There's no way to bypass what's required to start the game.
