Help/Support Drive Ahead crashes on start even after fixes

I've tried all of the fixes such as changing my country, turning off cloud sync and I tried to reset my phone twice however both times it asked me for a password to an email which I did not own. Something like '[email protected]" 

If anyone could help / knows fixes or maybe i'm doing something wrong let me know please and thank you

What is your device and iOS version?

I'm sideloading from my Win 10 PC by downloading through the site and doing it myself not using the autoinject thingy it doesn't work but if I do it myself and install it crashed 10-15 seconds into the load screen.

I use a Iphone 12 Pro Max and im on 15.1.1
