Help/Support Appcake wont install

Iphone 12 pro max ios 14.4 jailbroken

 

i cant install appcake through cydia there is always an error when trying to install

when i try to install it through their website it says „installation failed pls try again later“ and thats happening all the time no matter how long i wait

I installed appcake installer 7 now without errors but there is no icon on homescreen

How do i run uicache command ?

I reinstalled uikit tools and i did a respring aswell but it still wont show appcake on my homescreen
