Help/Support Sideloadly Error: The maximum number of apps for free development profiles has been reached

Anyone know what is the problem?

Question
There was an issue during installation: 3892346913: ApplicationVerificationFailed (Failed to verify code signature of /private/var/installd/Library/Caches/ com.apple.mobile.installd.staging/temp.gr FCM/extracted/ Payload/NBA 2K20.app: Oxe8008021 (The maximum number of apps for free development profiles has
been reached.)). It is possible that installation was completed successfully, but maybe not. Please press OK to re-install, or Cancel to stop.

And this is another windows popup for this issue, it says maximum profile has been reached but i only used 4 profiles.

Hello,

The error is self-explanatory. Apple only allows 3 apps on your device using a free Apple ID.

[Laxus 808.9k iPhone 5s 10.3.3]

Free apple account can only sideload 3 apps on your device

[LukeDXD 73.2k iPad Pro (4th, 12.9") 13]

You have reached the 10 daily limit of apps. You can always try a new AppleID or you have used 3 apps already which is the maximum for a free account

It is weird for me because I did everything the same last time and never encounter this issue. Last time I was still able to sideload apps even though I had 4 app IDs.
