How can I install an application on a non-jailbreak device with the Sideloadly application so that it does not have to be installed again after 7 days? How long can it be with an Apple Developer subscription?

This stays as long as you're a developer. $99 a year.

I would personally recommend using the Wi-Fi Sideloadly. Makes the 7 day thing a lot easier.
