Once I click on the dropdown the Change all option was not there at all. Should I just select the blank No.000 option instead ?

I actually had the same problem, but I found a fix to it.

 Delete the "codebook" file, and it sound be fine.

Does anyone have it working on NA? Also do I delete codebook before i start editing? The codebook file doesnt appear until i open bin 21, and you cant delete it with the editor open since it crashes it. I had this working in previous versions, but now nothing works. Do you close the game and then edit the files or do you just minimize the game and then transfer?

There is a working version apparently for JPN but you have to pay for it, and the payment only work for people in Japan so I don't know if it is legit. Check it out if you want
