Help/Support Cannot play the game due to the glitch

While I was playing the game Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery I got stuck in an event.

I cannot seem to either complete the task or leave the room where event is happening. Even if I do, all other game parts prompt me to finish this event first and due to the bug, I can't, so I can't continue playing at all

I am kind of sad because it is also the VIP account where I managed to get 30 000 coins and 30 000 gems and it might get lost now since I can't use the game or play this character until the bug is gone.

Is there a way to override this glitch without contacting official game support (I worry if I contact them they might realize I have been using the hacked app version since my attributes are on 97-97-97 and I am only in my 3rd year 😿)

What happen if you just play original version with hacked account using vip hphm service?

I haven't tried that but I am not sure if I can.

You see, on my iOS account that I used with the original game I got banned during one event where there was a competition for house points.

In my house I did not have that many points, perhaps 300 in comparison to people having 100, 170, but someone else who was first on the leaderboard had like 50 000 points and they checked the accounts of everyone in the group.

So now if I try to enter the original game I immediately get the on screen message "your account has been banned". It 'remembers' the previous game on my iPad device and will not let me enter the game, use Settings, or load other saves.

That is why I started a new character from scratch using a hacked version of the iosGods App, and a new Facebook save, and was being very careful not to get banned and did not compete in House Points events etc to 'fly low' under the radar.

If you know how I can 'use the original version' again and try out your solution that would be great

I think that my email account did not get banned, just my previous character number df7e355351fd, my new character has a different number and I could play fine till almost year 4. Just not on the original app version

Oh, I just thought how I could try out your idea.

Since I also have iPhone and my game was not banned on the iPhone, I downloaded it on the iPhone and loaded the Facebook save of the character who has a glitch.

Sadly once trying to play the game, the glitch persists even in the original version of the app

Should I contact the Official HP support anyway so they can unglitch me

I don't how much help this is but i have had them unstuck me multiple times from missions where you get stuck and have to wait till the mission timer ends even using the support via the hacked app and have had them unstuck me. i also got the 30k package as well. i would suggest just contacting them with the account in question if you can via any app. and this is my only facebook account/game account as well
