I am new to the platform and seem to have some issues with my accessibility. I recently became a VIP member for a year, on my IOS device I have failed to fully access the app. When I click the instal app on the browser a pop up appears informing me to verify my profile and install. In my settings I am able to install the profile however it READS that I am not signed in. When I attempt to sign in I am not met with success. I was wondering if there is anything I can do to fix this situation? I appreciate the time and consideration and hope to hear from you soon, thank you.

1) I have downloaded the app and installed the profile.
2) It reads (Free Access) but I have purchased for the year and have received a bill statement for the amount due.

Is there anything on my end that I am not doing right and or misunderstanding?

I appreciate that time, thanks in advance for the response.
