Help/Support Import/Copy .deb file from Desktop to iDevice

Exactly what the title said : I have a ipad 3rd gen with ios 8.4.1 jailbroken. When I download .deb file from my pc/desktop, I can't figure out for the life of me How to transfer it to Idevice. I have filza on the device already.

Just download directly on safari and use “open in filza” option

Also your device seem like 32 bit which 99% hack don’t work anyway

the website on my device doesn't work properly. It have missing text or something like that,
