Help/Support Help Needed - Age of Sparta

Hi. Just in case someone plays Age of Sparta and have an idea what I am talking about.

 

If you play age f sparta, you must be aware by now that there is an ongoing bug/glitch/problem concerning alliances wherein your banner/logo will disappear and all of your members will not be able to participate in wars and would mean instant defeat for your  alliance, LOL.

 

Anyway, it is also known that some alliances abuse this and put this bug in their opponent so they can win the war as if they know how to trigger the bug. 

 

My questions are:

1.) Does somebody know how to trigger this bug?

2.) How to prevent this?

3.) What we can do just in case my alliance's banner is lost.

We did, but GayLoft will never respond. I just posted this here to see if someone gets to experience the same thing.

I would help but I honestly never installed the game on my device.
