Why i can’t use the subcontinent which i paid?

Hey,

around couple of weeks ago I purchased one year subscription.

i was able to use it around 3 days and it’s been more than a week that I can’t use the subscription which I purchased. 
 

i understand Apple revoked the license but what is the difference between the free version and subscription? I used free version for years and I don’t see the difference. It didn’t mention for subscription that it will take weeks and have to wait long for a new license which is barely similar to Paid subcontinent.

with these situations, i feel for one year subscription i can use just half of the duration of this subscription.

so will those days which the app is down automatically pop up and add to my account? If not i don’t think so i am not happy to renew my subscription. 
 

for example imagine you pay for one year Spotify subscription and you be able to just use it for 6 months or less while you paid for one year. 😕

 

im just disappointed..

It shouldn’t take long to fix App+ revoke. If it take too long without annoucement then smth is wrong, you can contact Rook and provide your udid + transaction id

3rd Party App Stores Apple doesn't take kindly. Revokes are expected, and if prolonged, compensations are in place.

You cannot compare Spotify to a service like this. Spotify is legit, and we are going against Apple's ToS, thus the revokes.

I understand it different but my point was something else.

I meant  when we paid for one year subscription but we can’t use it for one year, how you will make up this gap as customers cervices for us?

 

I ask you this question Many time but you didn’t actually answer me that will those days which the app is down and we can’t use it, automatically pop up and add to our account to make it actually one year? 

 I really want to know this answer because it is will be like this it’s worth it, but if it’s not 

it’s not very fair.

Yea but I haven’t still received any email for new link after App+ revoked. 

He is aware but told me to keep an eye on my email and wait. And i am waiting
