This is a known issue with Jurassic World Alive sideloading and on latest iOS versions with free Apple IDs.

Currently, a fix for this issue is to either use a paid Apple ID, or iOSGods App+.

The fix for this issue seems go be to use a paid Apple ID or log out of Game Center in settings as it breaks the sideloaded version of the game.
