Help/Support Apps don‘t work. Have i been blacklisted?

So my problem is that I just tried to download a modded version of an app from your store. The certificate was working fine and so was an app from another 3rd party store (to clarify this little side info)

 

After downloading the app, it couldn‘t be verified at all and the other app then broke as well. 

 

Would this mean that my phone is blacklisted now from using this paticular certificate?

No, it just get revoked. This happen frequently with free certificate
