When a hacked/modded game is posted they have instructions on how to download it to your phone. You usually use a program called Sideloadly. You can read more about it if you search the forums

Yes!! Laxus did all the features I wanted for the jailbroken so if we could just get the non jailbroken version he made of that it would be awesome
