iCloud on my iPad mini keeps asking me to sign in its a shows a pop up on my screen no matter what I'm doing and when I try to turn off find my iPhone to turn off iCloud it says there was a problem de registering iCloud with your device

i had the same problem. had to reset all settings. then it was fixed.

hm. that fixed it for me. try to log out of icloud then login again

I kinda had this but with the App Store. I had to Semi-Restore to fix it.

and my battery draining fast, 100% to 90%/50% and my iphone power off...

Well I don't want to restore or I'll lose my jailbreak

Semi-restore preserves the Jailbreak and removes everything else.

 

If you're on 8.1.3+, you will need to use Cydia Impactor to remove the Jailbreak without restoring then re-jailbreak again.
