Help/Support Apptrailer banned my device ! Please help me

Hello ladies and gentlemen.

I must sadly announce that my device's been suspended from use of the AppTrailers app. This concludes that I can't use it and it will immediately recognize my device whenever I start it up. Now you all may have expected the following, I want to get back on it on the same device. I am not going to buy another device. I need a way to hide, fake or change or restore anything! So I can enter the app as a vanilla user, I need to enter the app like I never used it before. Please, ladies and gentlemen, help me out on this matter and you shall receive my utmost appreciation.
