It's the sad reality of some stupid cultures. I find most of mine to be useless and done for showing off

The thing is, you really can't find the right person in this life. You can find someone compatible but no doubt, there will be something in her you will dislike, and I guess not everyone can accept that, so they opt to divorce and see it as the way out from situations that seem childish. From what I've been told, that's a rising case in newly weds, they divorce after a year or so because of some small issues. One part to blame is the normalization of gf/bf thing cos those encourage you to jump from one person to another, and marriage means contract and if you are used to jumping from one women to another, you get bored of one woman and u desire another so on. That's just one aspect of course.

Also, some people don't divorce even if their husband is abusive, and that is mostly due to culture. Cos when a women divorces, not widowed, she is seemed as bad or smth, culturally ofcourse.
