I think this is a known issue with iOS 9 devices. We're working on solving, but unfortunately I do not have an iOS 9 device at hand so a fix will be delayed.

change to what the .app name to what?

I have the same error with my ipad 2 ios 9.3.5 and im using sideloadly from my mac
