Hello, @Laxus and @Rook. I hope you can help me, I have not been able to access the app + for months since my certificate expired ..., they sent me an email on 8/20/2021 with my new certificate ... and I have not been able to install it yet, since it tells me that there is no Or that it is not possible .. I would like you to give me a solution since I have been since July without being able to use the app + and the membership. I would not be saying this if I could do everything through Sideloadly as I do with other games .. but in the case of LDOE the game data is not loaded if I do not install it through the app + ..  

I attach an image of what has been happening to me for several weeks.

Hello,

The message is self-explanatory. If it's been weeks like you say, then another issue may be present. You can PM me with your App+ invoice number and describe the problem so I can check for you.
