Mine is still stopping at 35%.  I followed the directions that was provided. Turned developer mode on and added the new developer also.

to get travel town working I’m downloading from Si - Not Allowed - and it won’t load part 35 percent I’m downloading from my iPhone 13 Pro Max don’t have a computer it’s worked every other time this way now it’s won’t load past 35%
