Re-download and try again, if it still not work then unc0ver is the issue

Still the same, stuck at 100% on non JB version

I think is the GameCenter issue on non JB version. About the crash on JB version, I think its the GameCenter issue too

Latest update: 

Unc0ver issue, try different jailbreak like Taurine or Checkrain, it will work.
