Log out of Game Center, uninstall the app. Do the command in Keychains, reboot device, reinstall the app and you will start a new game and won't get asked to load from your old Save. You can make a new GC account to store your save their also.

What do you mean make a new GC account ? because its ask me to sign in Apple ID . i wish GC account and apple id are different so i can create a new gc account and sign in with it.

You can make a new GC accnut make it random don't care(just be sure you can remember it) I do this before it's different you can have account for GC and another for appstore
