You could try deleting the app and redownloading it? Or just sideloading it again without deleting it

i've sideloaded it again like 4 times and it didn't work and won't i lose all my progress if i delete it?

It could depend on the app. Doesn't happen for me often. I've deleted the love island, big brother and episode apps and then redownloaded and still had all my progress
