Help/Support Subscription canceled by creator

Hello,

I renewed my app+ subscription on the 16th and after receiving confirmation of payment I get emails saying I’m cancelled by creator and refunded my subscription. 
 

can someone help me understand what happened? I didn’t request to be canceled and I don’t know why the creator would cancel me.
