Currently 7.3.4 updates has bugs. I’m guessing No Thirst tweak because it doesn’t work, and the pixel is corrupted. Any updates to fix this?

How I fixed the issues for now till an update

Open the game dont open the menu till your loaded in, if you spawn in with the graphics glitch it's most likely you had unlimited hunger/thirst on... close the game with those options off and open it again.
Basically the graphics/crash reason is caused by those two options being on so the bypass for this happening is simple...

Do not have unlimited hunger/thirst on when your going into a base/mission or graphics glitch will happen. https://imgur.com/a/8NIMI68
Only activate those two options when your (in the base or the mission) aka you could walk around/move your character. https://imgur.com/a/uvJwNug
Whenever your finished and your about to exit the home base/mission (approaching the green exit area) deactivate unlimited hunger/thirst or else it will cause the game to crash. Wrong: https://imgur.com/a/8NIMI68 Right: https://imgur.com/a/uvJwNug
Also don't open the menu to early it's recommended to wait sometimes I even wait till i'm controlling the player/can move then I open it don't open it to early or in loading screens.
Whenever you're completely done/are going to close the game make sure the hunger/thirst are off or else next time you open the game it will have a chance to have graphics bug even if the two options are turned off.
Even if you follow these steps sometimes I got random crashes so it's still not really a guaranteed fix unfortunately but at least not all the time.

Hopefully it's fixed soon but for now this is the bypass once again, only activate Hunger/Thirst in base/missions and don't forget to turn it off when your going to exit or else it will crash.

Only these two options cause the issue so other options you can have on at all times.
ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE IS JUST SPLIT FOOD/WATER MANUALLY N HAVE THE UNLIMITED FOOD/THIRST OPTIONS OFF, THEN YOU DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT GRAPHICS OR CRASH.
