What did you do to get banned in the first place anyways? 

And no, the only way to get unbanned is by using another account. They ban instagram accounts, and not the app user.

I use localiapstore hacks and some debs and some flex hacks ????????????

Actually its a temporary ban, but it depends on how much you've abused it.

I used instalikes on 2 of my accounts.

the 1st one got banned and then i moved to the 2nd one.

since the ban i never posted a picture.

the 2nd one got banned 32 weeks later (according to my last post on my 1st account)

After 32 weeks, you should be able to get your likes again. (atleast for me)

just be patient and give it a cooldown.
