Any advice on how to avoid it? I think it goes by manual reports my guess since u can see how many legendaries, etc. you get will test out and report back

Not sure maybe just upgraded too fast too soon. Not a big deal could always start a different account just giving the heads up

Yeah I tried it & tried to stay off the radar… got banned but not too sure tbh how to avoid it. Maybe level up slow then around lvl 80ish is when u can go crazy spending.
