Help/Support Bought App+ but can't download ViP game

Hi there. Few minutes ago I bought iOSGods App+ 1 Year Subscription. I paid those 24$ and received message “how u have to download IOSGods +”

I did it, after I tried to download game (Fifa) and ... I cannot. VIP blalala required.

So - why so? If I cannot download games - I don’t need it, gimme my money back pls. 
Or let me pay 1/3 $ more for those possibilities, to download those Fifa
