    Hello, yes it is. I have done it but it is a hassle.

    IPAs need to be cracked using a jailbroken device, and can't be done with jailed one. Unlike Android where APKs are widely available.

    So, if you want to mod a game, you always need to ask someone with a jailbroken device to crack the game for you.

    What is more difficult is the testing part, since you cannot inject offsets in mod menu. You will need to modify the game's binary and install the IPA each time you want to test an offset.

    For this, you can use Sideloadly, and if that doesn't work, you need to use some paid signing service.
