Sideloadly Error: Failed to verify code signature of ... (An unknown error has occurred)

I install an IPA using sideloadly,but unfortunately getting this error code everytime at 40% into the signing process.

ERROR: Guru Meditation 6020bc@525:f11511 3892346881: ApplicationVerificationFailed (Failed to verify code signature of /private/var/installd/Library/Caches/com.apple.mobile.installd.staging/temp.9MRQFc/extracted/Payload/Arc-mobile.app : 0xe8008001 (An unknown error has occurred.))

Currently using iPad Air 2 and iOS version 13.4.0,and no jailbreak.

Because my PC can't install iCould and iTunes,so I use a virtual machine.

Here is my full log.

Sideloadly version 0.18.1, Windows 10.0, 386

How can I solve it? What else do i need to provide?

Which IPA you trying to install? Did you use remote install or manual install (drag&drop)?

This issue may be related to the date & time of your iOS Device and PC. Please make sure both date & time is correct on your devices.

its right for both of mine and still doesnt work

Your issue is different. Please enable the 'Remove PlugIns' option from advanced options in Sideloadly.
