Hello, I’m trying to transfer my + sub from my iPhone 6+ to my iPhone 8+ but when I do the automatic transfer it shows an error saying “it seems that this UDID is already registered with us” any help is greatly appreciated, thanks

You can only transfer one per year per device

The message states that you are already registered. So try downloading perhaps?

Have you made a transfer already and trying to re-register the old device?

If yes, you will need to PM me with your issue so we can enable you to purchase the old UDID.

You can send him a PM with your 2 devices UDID and transaction id so he can check it out
